Jon and the technicians at Pumpelly time and time again have provided exceptional sales and service. Their vast network of vendors ensures that you get what you want as soon as possible. I’ve trusted them with previous vehicles and will continue to trust them with my present and future vehicles. I ordered five tires for my Jeep, and they were promptly ordered and shipped. Due to an inventory issue with one of the vendors, only four tires were available, so a fifth was ordered from a second vendor. Through no fault of Pumpelly, the wrong size was shipped from that vendor. Jon quickly searched his vendors and found another one, but they would not ship due to the recent storm. He found another vendor who would ship and had it the next day for my spare. Thank you to Jon and the outstanding unsung heroes behind the tools at Pumpelly Tire for all that you do! I’ll be back in 3K miles for my free tire rotation.

I went in to get some work done on my car, and it was a mixed bag. The staff were friendly enough when I first arrived, but the wait time ended up being much longer than they originally told me. The actual service was perfectly fine and my car is running better now, but the communication about when it would be ready was just not great. It is a decent place if you have a lot of time to kill and just need the job finished, but I would probably look for somewhere a little more organized next time.

I’ve been faithfully going to pumpelly for a decade now. Every time they’re incredibly professional accommodating and provide phenomenal service. Additionally, they’re incredibly honest and not just looking to make a sale, but provide the services that are required to have your tire issue rectified timely They certainly set the standard in customer service

I have been using Pumpelly Tire for 34 years. Breezed in Wednesday afternoon (Ryan St) (with two dogs in tow) and within an hour my tire was fixed and I was on my way! Thanks to John and the tire technician! Everyone there is so nice! Bonus: the place is so clean… even the garage areas!

As a hotshot driver I came looking for a new tire to replace one destroyed after hitting an alligator. The shop was full and Bob could tell I was anxious for time. This was my spare so I decided not to wait the 3 hours wait time for folks ahead of me. To my great pleasure,Bob said no worries: I’ll do it myself, have you outta here in 10 minutes. I bought the tire and was on the road in ten minutes. Fantastic service. The price was excellent too. On the way back through I’m going to replace all 4 on my van, a $500 savings from the quote I got in Birmingham. I found my new tire store!
